From sweet fruit-wines to impeccably curated traditional dry red and white wines, our selection is available for sale by the bottle, or relax, enjoy our comfortable atmosphere and sip on wine by the glass. Wild Bill – Prairie Berry ♦♦♦
Bright and fresh. Cold fermented from 100% Edelweiss grapes. Honeysuckle aromas and delicate honeydew melon notes expand into notes of tart, green apple and a well-balanced finish.

Unoaked Chardonnay – Firehouse ♦

Calamity Jane – Prairie Berry ♦♦♦♦
Traditional Concord grape wine packed with sweet grape, ripe strawberry and candied apple flavors.
Battalion Blend – Firehouse ♦
This medium-bodied blend of Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot is filled with red fruit on both the nose and the palate. Smooth tannins lead to a long finish. It pairs well with red meats, flavorful sauces, and bitter chocolates.
Cabernet Sauvignon – Firehouse ♦
This classic Cabernet Sauvignon embodies a strong flavor and striking character with aromas of ripe strawberry, toffee, plum and earth.
Sangiovese – Firehouse ♦
This wine is highlighted by lingonberry, ripe strawberry and cedar on the nose giving way to ripe strawberry, baking spices and cedar on the palate with soft, supple tannins.
Malbec – Firehouse ♦
Bold in flavor and tannic, this wine's dark fruits and oak characteristics are evident on the nose and palate.

Old Vine Zinfandel – Firehouse ♦
The hundred year old vines that produced these Zinfandel grapes snaked their roots deep into the ground seeking the nutrients from the soil. The result is a complex wine with elements of both fruit and earth in the glass and on the palate.

This dry red blend brings a symphony of flavors through the white oak barrel aging of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and estate-grown Frontenac.
